Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns:
Returns are accepted only if you provide a proper unboxing video as proof and raise the request within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds:
Refunds will only be issued if the item you received is damaged or incorrect. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund status.
Return Shipping:
Please note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
No Cash on Delivery (COD):
We currently do not offer COD. All payments must be made online at the time of purchase.
